The Radiation Detection Survey Meter SM14 is a battery-powered monitoring device for beta radiation, gamma radiation, and x-rays. The SM14 comprises the RD1014 Solid State Radiation Detector as the sensing element.

The Radiation Detection Survey Meter SM14 features 6 LED indicators for the working range from 0.1 µSv/h to 100 mSv/h. The pulses monitored by the device are indicated by a crackling sound signal.
